The non spill cup I ordered doesn’t do what it says all the hot liquid ran out. Could cause burn to skin. I’ve been asked to return it at my expense couldn’t recommend this company

Speaking to my neighbour, who is becoming less mobile due to medical reasons, he was asking did I know of any local business who could advise and supply various appliances that could help him. I immediately told him of Active Mobility, the local company I had used when my mother was having mobility issues. I told him how helpful, supportive and knowledgable the staff were. He immediately contacted Active Mobility who supplied and delivered at no extra cost several mobility aids. We would have no hesitation in recommending Active Mobility. A great service, well done!! Wrong and well overpriced delivery. I did not order a matrix libra wheelchair replacement cover!!! A cover I never wanted nor ordered for £85!!!

I rang for advice on choosing a wheelchair cushion for my Dad , talked to a very knowledgeable staff member who gave me good advice based on Dads needs and pointed me in the right direction without heavy sales tactics other companies tried . They helped me choose a very suitable cushion for him and talked me through it all , the item was not only good priced , but also delivery was the following week .
