I ordered a product in store, and the delivery was very quick in arriving. The team were friendly and helpful, and explained everything to me. They really took time out to help me find the best suited product to my needs, and showed amazing customer service skills. I am very satisfied with my product and got good value for money, would use the company again and would highly recommend to others, Thank you active mobility centre.

I was instantly put at ease by the kind lady on the other end of the phone who guided me through exactly what I needed. She was so patient and I did not feel under pressure to buy anything. I ordered the Smart Crutches from Active Mobility and the lady was so helpful in that I got my measurements wrong so she emailed me to make sure I got the right ones and when I received them and adjusted them I was so happy thank you for going the extra mile.

My experience with active mobility on Friday 30th June 2023,was 100%,the staff are so helpful,spent alot of there time with me getting me the correct equipment to help me with my daily activities, I know my life is going to be so much easier with the aids, cheers active,will definitely return.

Active mobility were very helpful, my father required the use of a mobility scooter and the staff were great with him. They showed him how to use the scooter, organised delivery at a time that suited us and the communication was excellent. I would certainly recommend them.

contacted active mobility centre about a double amputee sling on my phone ,never got back to me . all i can say is i hope you never have to be in my position .only then would you realise how annoyed i am with your company.do remember someone taking phone calls represent not themselves but ACTIVE MOBILITY CENTRE
