Reassurance and experience is just what I needed

I really appreciate the service and depth of experience that Active Mobility have on hand. Needing to use mobility aids is new to me and I was daunted by the variety and selection but the showroom staff could not have been more helpful and could not have reassured me more. I have much more confidence in my daily routine now and know that I will be back again for more of their great service

Wrong goods received following clear and concise discussion and understanding of the EXACT part required. Goods retuned promptly within 5 days at a cost of £17.40 to me of course to which I am told is non-refundable even though it was the suppliers mistake.!!! 5 weeks and 4 attempts to obtain the refund for the goods and yes I am still waiting. Its a month after usual Christmas excuse too so very poor service considering people with special needs really do rely on this supplier. Such a shame - the excellentvservice on the first order far exceeded this.

Asked to review company but never received the goods

I ordered a set of pans on 14th December 2013. They hadn't arrived by the19th so a rang up. I was told that as the pans were coming directly from the supplier that they would have to contact them. I got a call a few minutes later to say that the suppliers could not deliver as the pans were discontinued. I appreciate that this is not Active Mobility's fault as the supplier accepted the order. I was told that my money would be refunded and I requested confirmation of this by email. To date I have not received the said email (06/01/2014) and today I receive an email from them asking me to revue my purchase. I am awaiting my January 2014 credit card statement to see if they have refunded my money before taking further action.

Cushions for my wheelchair.

Thought we had ordered 16 inch x 16 inch cushions off the website but received 16 x 18 inch instead. Probably our fault in interpreting the site. No real problem as the cushions fit the chair OK so not worth returning. Very helpful lady on the phone when I first made contact. Very swift delivery of the order !!a

Minor Moans.

Works ok would have liked some sort of handle, to help when removing it from the bath, when other people need to use the bath. Also some form of padding on the battery would not go amiss, its a heavy item when it slips off, or bigger suckers or a hook fixture up to now my wife is pleased with the machine.
