It would of been better if a text could have been sent 30 minutes before they were due to arrive

The assessor, Steve, was very friendly and professional. The visit was efficient and the certificate was published on the government website within a few hours of the assessment.

Polite young man ,very professional and speedy at what he had to do . Only niggle was you could not narrow down the time of the visit and gave a four hour window of when he would arrive, he did ring to confirm he was on his way though.
