They booked an appointment with us between the hours of 13:00hrs and 17:30hrs and they didn’t arrive and know one let us know. Trying to arrange another appointment wasn’t straightforward but we sorted it out eventually. The person who actually carried out the work was very professional and polite and seemed to do a good job.

Reminders were given by email and text message about the survey appointment, we were also offered the choice of an AM or PM call. The surveyor called on the morning to advise of an estimated time of arrival and turned up on time. The survey was thorough and professional. Great service, I would recommend this company.

The man was very polite, and explained everything he was going to do. I felt comfortable letting him go around the house on his own and he answered my questions. A really nice man

The agent was extremely late. The check wasn’t thorough. For example, she stood below the loft opening and shone her mobile phone torch and said she couldn’t tell if there was loft insulation or not. When asked what would happen next she just said it will all be through the estate agent. The process was vague and we were left unsure if the energy check was successful and if a certificate would be issued.

Joel who came to my property was really polite, nice and informative and kept me in the loop from start to finish.
