4 hour slot for appointments not acceptable, especially when cancelled after 2 hours. No name or ID given for assessor - this is a safety issue, especially with a long time window. No ready point of contact with Vibrant or assessor. To cap it all, mistakes made on assessment which affect EPC rating.

EPC improved

The assessor was extremely professional and very thorough. We had a pleasing outcome as our EPC improved from a D to B due to the home improvements we’d already done. However, the report has given us options to reach an A rating. This is a great service
