Long lead in date to get an appointment, then when it was agreed, it was changed twice in the same day and reverted back to the original appointment. It was agreed with the assessor to ring me 30 minutes prior to appointment, as I don't live at the address and it is tenanted, I had to chase the company when he hadn't rung by 15.40 on the appointment day. I was not terribly impressed. However he was then on site after he rung and seemed pleasant and polite and did the job in hand.
