Excellent experience the person who came round was lovely , very courteous and friendly

The booking was easy. Appointment made in a short time. Engineer was courteous and professional did his job.

Nothing went wrong, but I learnt very little about what to do with my property to improve it. I could have done the review myself, without having to make an appointment.

It was a good experience but a long window from 1-5.30. Donald called 10 minutes before arriving and was on time. It was a seamless experience. Vibrant could have let us know that Donald would call just before arriving as it would have helped us better plan our day.
