EPC report
Very polite and very efficient and as we are not very knowledgeable about anEPC, he answered all our questions so we understood it better.
Wouldn't trust with 10 foot barge pole
contacted in regards to an EPC test working in conjunction with housing association. Given the option of stating three preferred dates which all were rejected after receiving appointment request forms three times. Further follow up phone calls with dates they prefered which where compromised. Arrival dates come and the agent is 3 HOURS EARLY from the given appointment. When question agent had a different time slot that we were not made aware of, failed to show proper ID to enter property as mandated by housing association. did the total of three tests, two pictures and one measurement that when checked on GOV.uk website is wrong. Only asked about heating system and left without explaining anything about the inspection. Housing assocation has been contacted and complaint lodged.
No communication regarding survey…
No communication regarding survey appointments not turning up..emails sent asking how did Vibrant do !! When they never turned up.. However when the surveyor turned up he was very professional and polite..
