Attended the property did the rating. Said it would be complete within 24 hours. A week later no report. Contacted Vibrant said they had tried to get access to the property but couldn’t. When I challenged them they changed the narrative. Said they couldn’t contact the engineer and it will be done when it will be done. 24 hours later the report magically appears. I then get an Email saying they are attending my property that day since they couldn’t get access on the previous call. By this time I had lost the will to live. This had got to be the worst company I have dealt with in a long time. Absolutely shocking.

Very friendly gentleman arrived to do our epc. Arrived when said with a phone-call 20 mins before arriving to confirm more exact time (original window was 9-12). Polite and explained what he was looking for and asked for clarification on a couple of things that were not obvious. Went out of his way to look for extra loft insulation to give us a better rating.

Came on time and no fuss. All very professional.
