Useless! Appointment arranged for 10am to have an EPC assessment. No arrival by 10.20. Contacted them on their on line chat. " Running slightly late. he can be there around 12 noon" was the response after 10 minutes of holding for an answer. That's their way of saying they forgot the appointment. I'd made a special journey to be at the house. Utter waste of time, and " economical with the truth" regarding a missed appointment. Their phone line is even worse..... rang and told " 20 to 25 minute wait" before they'd answer. Shambles of an organisation.

the surveyor was smart ,punctual and informative

The appointment was easy organised. The assessor gave me a text in the morning with his expected time of arrival He arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do before hand. He was extremely pleasant and polite
