Contractor rang to say they were 15 mins away. an Hour later had not arrived so i contacted them. They told me that they had not attended as i had rang the office to cancel the appointment. When i questioned this asking when i had done this and who i had spoken with they backtracked and said my mistake it was another house who cancelled.

Came on time (slightly early in fact), did a good job, published certificate the same day. Would recommend
