Given a time slot of 9-1 is not good as my wife cancelled a 10 o'clock dr appointment only to be told at 8-30 on the day that the engineer would not be arriving until mid-day Complete waste of a Dr appointment and a morning

Booking problems

My housing association used you the only problem I occurred was when you book the appointment you don’t get an e mail confirmation of the appointment I had to hope I had the right day as literally as soon as you book the appointment it’s gone there’s no way to check your appointment the man was really professional though I don’t know his name

Whilst trying to make my appointment…

Whilst trying to make my appointment (the same day as receiving your letter) the appointment web page was ‘covered’ by a notice that meant i couldnt book my appointment in. I tried online chat, where i was ‘apparently’ “first in the queue” for 13 minutes! Then I tried calling, for five minutes i was “1st in the queue” then it changed to “3rd in the queue” (all told that was a 10 minute wait) I was booked in but told that someone would need to call me to confirm. Didn’t happen. over the next couple of days PLUS i got two more emails AND a phone call telling me i had to make an appointment??? Apart from that, your technician was professional, friendly and very punctual. Your saving grace- i give him a 10 out of five LH
