The Assessor did not spend as much time as the surveyor who came a few days before. However I have taken a look at the EPC he did and it seems okay.

Hopefully we will receive our epc rating in due course, unfortunately your surveyor was unable to advise us of our rating before he departed. Otherwise the meeting went well.
