Each time I call

Each time I call, the staff are polite and efficient regarding the matter discussed. Appointments for repairs etc. are quickly made. Also, when tradespeople are on their way they will text to let you know.

Great Customer Service

Spoke with Chris about an issue I had. He was very professional but at the same time friendly, he explained everything he was going to do, I had to be put on hold, he apologise for me having to wait. He advised me what to do as well. He definitely is a great asset to Abri.

Building Trust

Mike from Abri came to replace a stubborn, rusted kitchen tap. Despite the challenging removal process, he was incredibly patient and persistent. His friendly and communicative nature kept me at ease as he updated me throughout the job.
