I had problems with the locks on both…

I had problems with the locks on both my front & back door within 2 days they sent Jonathan out who was such a lovely polite man! He sorted the problem in no time and did a perfect job I can’t praise him enough. Also spoke with Carla on the phone who was such a lovely lady. They were both an absolute pleasure to deal with. our hot water tap on the bath when u turned it on, the water would just trickle taking along time to run a bath. So David came out looked at the tap and explained to me why it wasn't working properly, so David replaced the tap. He was very polite and even cleaned up all the mess when he was finished Thankyou David.

Great customer service

I used Abri’s live chat and spoke to Oliver who was really helpful. I explained that the lighting in our communal hallways had been switched off and he prioritised the job and the issue was sorted out that same afternoon. Great job Abri and thank you Oliver.
