I rang Abri about a couple of jobs I needed doing, I spoke to a lady called Lyn, who was very helpful and polite. She has booked the help I needed and also asked if she could help with anything else while I was on the line.

Unsafe and don't care.

Myself and my neighbour are constantly reporting to Abri that drunks and druggies are sleeping, doing their drugs, using our doorsteps as toliets and stealing our property due to the tradesman button being open on our outside door 24/7. We don't feel safe and constantly having to remove the homeless out. All we get is the same reply when reported. Even though we have video proof. How about do something about it. Before we go above abri.

stress free have some painting done in the…

Had to have some painting done in the bathroom after a minor leak had left mould .Abri sent David who arrived on time explained what he needed to do did the work and left the bathroom clean and tidy . it was stress free and a good job

Disgusting Landlord

My roof has 20+ holes in it. I reported it to abri. 1st visit: They said they replaced the batons and roofing felt. They didn't. They cleaned out the gutters. 2nd visit: They cleaned the moss off the roof. 3rd visit: Condemned the whole roof and that of the privately owned property on either side. 4th visit: tucked in the insulation exposed after the inspection from visit 3. 5th visit: turned up an said it was too big a job for them. 7 months of water pouring through the roof every time it rains! Ignored weekly email complaints. Only showed any interest after the local MP got involved. Disgusting landlord!
