Ask for some paperwork to prove there wasnt any asbestos in the property. Still waiting... this was a while back now. Mind you if you have school leavers answering the phones what do you expect. Ridiculous as only trying to improve the property and now they are making my life stressful... AGAIN!
Abri gas engineers
I had my annual gas safety check and the engineer found my boiler was leaking inside. Unfortunately this meant my boiler was not allowed to be used and it was late friday afternoon. Thankfully the engineer left me some heaters and i was only without heating for 2 days due to it being a weekend. Abri and their engineers had the new part installed and my boiler working by 9.45am on the monday. Thanks to the annual check the leak was found resolved and done so quickly, cleanly and efficiently.

This company look after their tenants above and beyond not only do they pop in and listen to your needs they help with your welfare offer services such as job hunting white goods and ensure you are happy and safe can't ask for more 😊

I spoke to Kate yesterday on the phone as I was having boiler issues, she was very polite, professional and got on the case straight away. With in a few hours an engineer turned up he to was very professional. I have only dealt with ABRI for a short time but everyone who I have spoken to or who have come out to me have been spot on.
