Adam came to fit new security lights…

Adam came to fit new security lights front and back and he was wonderful. Friendly, caring and very clever at his job. He made sure we knew how to work the lights and how to alter any settings etc before he left which was really thoughtful, my husband is deaf and Adam made a point of explaining everything to him carefully and clearly. Thank you Adam and Abri the lights work a treat.

Repairs to my gates

I needed my front and back gates repaired so I requested an appointment on the Abri portal. On the day of the appointment Gavin arrived on time and he assessed what needed doing. He then informed me of what repairs he would be carrying out. After the repairs he told me what he had done and let me know that he would order a new gate for my back garden. Gavin was friendly and very professional.

Decorating

I recently had Alexander attend the property that I’m living in to repaint after a water leak and the job that he carried out was absolutely brilliant, can’t fault it and it was quick, clean and I must say a very polite and respectful person.

First Class

From beginning to end the service was amazing, in particular Emma and Stuart. They both made what was a difficult and emotional time for me so much easier. They treated me with respect and kindness. Every interaction I’ve had with Abri has been first class.

Outstanding service …

Every trades man or women visiting my home to sort out repairs or service my boiler are extremely professional and efficient. Always turn up the day they say and give a message to say they are on the way . If there is something they aren't sent to fix they will enter it in there system and get that person booked They have all been warm and friendly which I feel is important when it's a stranger entering your home

I recently had a problem with a leaking…

I recently had a problem with a leaking tap which I reported a date was set for repair. On the day a young chap called Jak came and I must say how friendly,informative and efficient he was. I don't usually write reviews but I felt it was the right thing to do this time.
