I have been a tenant for every more than 16 years since 2008 we used to call Swaythling Housing I have up and down with this company and Master has been mostly is good until I had a family then we have problems with overcrowding which is they are my landlords and we are four people living one bedroom flat seem to me no one care they always direct me to city Council Which is city Council of Southampton keep saying to everyone we don’t have many Housing so you have to wait only God knows how long over five or six or 10 years depends how lucky you and I have asked Abri To to help me they are not willing to help me

I been a tenant of Abri since 2010 and…

I been a tenant of Abri since 2010 and I was very please with them recently 25/02/2025 when after I reported to them a blockage in the bathroom sink, they sent a trademan very quick, next day to fix it. Both Staff in Customer Services and the Trademan understand my problem and situation and happily quick resolved the problem. Very Happy, Thank You Abri!!

Overall poor response & repair delay

Overall poor response to phone calls & emails re my elderly mums account despite authority to discuss paperwork submitted. Told twice that Abri has the authority to discuss & given some info but other staff say there us no authority to discuss - seems the form may be misplced or not easy to find on their system. Meanwhile the repair to path in garden where my mum fell & injured herself is still outstanding approx 20 days later!..... ( an assessment was made apparently & follow- on work identified as needed) Only people to be interested & helpful have been Harvey & Keira Very poor service

Customer service

Tracey was really attentive to my issues at hand with the property repairs I needed to be done. She made an effort to get all booked in an organized manner and it was obvious that Tracey did not mind extending a helping hand in doing so.

Home inspection by Abri

Recently our interaction with the Abri housing association has been excellent because of the kind & friendly staff & the quick rapid response to urgent repairs. We had a few repairs done which have been great just one more to get all our windows replaced as they deemed to be unsafe. But the person Neil came & checked them & said they will soon be done. So therefore for their sufficient & professional manner have rated them 5 stars.

Helpful abri

I had to contact abri due to an issue with my back door falling off due to strong winds, the operator I spoke to was extremely helpful and insured the job was sorted the same day due to security concerns.

Excellent fence repair

Gavin and his colleague came to fix our garden fence. They were considerate about the plants in the garden, polite and friendly. They did a fantastic job which looks perfect, cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess. Thanks so much, these things are really noticed and appreciated.
