Metro rod Edinburgh were called out through my insurance company and were brilliant. The person who came out worked really hard to clear a bad sewage blockage which resulted in no toilet facilities as the sewage was backing up into the toilet. I was delighted how quickly they came out and how hard the young man worked to resolve the issue. He left my home after double checking everything was clear and provided advice and help to prevent it happening again. I would definitely recommend

Great service from Reece for a Basingstoke callout on a Sunday. Arrived within a couple of hours and worked hard to trace the source of the blockage. Job completed very efficiently. Very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

I had a major blockage that I couldn't fix by putting drain clearer down and taking off the U bend myself. It was effecting all of the plumbing in my home and flooding my boiler. I couldn't use my sink, bath or washing machine for a week and had no heating or hot water. Metro Rod were amazing. The man was only here about 10 minutes and worked his magic. He had the whole blockage cleared and everything back in perfect working order for me after a week of no plumbing! Absolutely amazing. Can't thank them enough.
