Metro Rod came and cleared my drains today. 5 star service, only took 10 mins, very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend.

Our bath wasn't draining. It was 6pm on Saturday. Phoned up Metro Rod spoke to a very helpful and pleasant and efficient lady Ligia who booked us an appointment and was very supportive throughout. The engineer Jamie Mc Donald was efficient and highly organised. We cannot rate him highly enough. He was very polite and courteous. He fixed the problem within the hour and tidied everything up and was supportive and helpful. His demeanour was an example to other workers - what a hero 👏 in our hour of need - thanks so much !

We are really pleased with Metro Rod for unblocking our pipes. Both of our bathrooms were blocked, therefore we called Metro Rod. Casey and Ben came over, explained what was wrong and dealt with the blockage straight away. These young men knew exactly what to do and dealt with blockage quickly. We are very impressed with their service and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you once again.

We had a blocked kitchen sink in our property and had tried various other companies to come and solve this problem. But none of those companies were very helpful. We called Metrorod in the morning and they were very pleasant and helpful on the call. They arranged for their engineer to come to my property on the same day and the issue was solved. Such life savers. They even explained to us what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future. Jack from Metrorod was fantastic and was kind enough to speak to Anglian water who came the next day to jet wash our drains. Will sure recommend them to anyone! Friendly efficient service

The engineer came out very quickly and dealt with the block super efficiently and quickly. Before he left he took the time to explain that he felt that it was possible that tree roots were causing the sewage to block and said he had referred it to a team to bring out a special camera to check and going forward look for a solution as it's a recurring problem. Very happy with the engineers professional attitude and the fact that he kept me informed before leaving was fantastic. He had run out of disinfectant though so would suggest that Metro supply their engineers with sufficient supplies. Fantastic service from the engineer though.
