I reported a sink hole type of a situation to housing association who came out looked at it reported it back to surveyor who in turn got this company out had a call from Ryan to say he’d be out Thursday afternoon also had a txt telling me from housing association they’d be coming I rang an hour after they’d been to inquire about what they’d found and the attitude 🙄 oooo no we can’t tell you we have to tell Bromford first 😳 being treated like second class citizens because we are tenants absolute joke with the attitude to match at Metro Rod

We have had metro rod out to help sort out a blockage they got rid of the water and later discovered the blockage was still an issue they investigated and then explained the blockage was on our property but then offers to clear that blockage obviously at an extra cost but the work men that attended were polite punctual and knowledgeable the people on the phone were also effective in organising the job too and helped us in the mean time as being a care home understanding the urgency to get rid of the water
