Had metro rod out to fix drainage problem with back yard soak away drain. The man who came was lovely, polite and professional. Would recommend the company to friends and family

Made a call for a blocked toilet they came out within the hour. Used them numerous times and never had a problem. Very polite and accommodating with out disabilities. No doubt see you again soon guys x

Metro Rod Dundee branch. After paying thousands to have external drains fitted I can only describe the experience as slap dash, and amateurish. I had to wait over a month for the three day job to complete only to end up clearing up the mess myself. The electrical box for the pumps was left hanging up by wires whilst the drains weren't dug deep enough to solve the problem. Overall shambolic experience! Update: I can safely say my cellar flooded again after heavy rainfall. The Drains fitted were totally ineffective at stopping water ingress into the cellar. The local manager did contact me to complete more drain work but at my cost...

My toilet wasnt flushing properly so called these guys and they were every helpful and got the problem fixed within 48 hours

Drain check required. Engineer polite and efficient, but communication from Metro Rod poor. Engineer arrived as I was about to go out. I delayed leaving so that he didn't have a wasted journey. Five minutes later and a return visit would have been necessary as the inspection cover couldn't be accessed without someone at home. All it needed was a phone call to arrange a convenient time.

Not happy as there's more work to be done
