This was the first time I received my order without trouble from Swedish customs. They did stop and inspect but this time were satisfied and let it through. It was so good to get stuff from home! Won’t be the last time!

I was able to get most of the products I wanted, ordering was easy and it arrived in a timely fashion.

This is a company that I will never use again,they say if buy 1 to 2 kg they will send it with royal mail and more than 2kg they will send it with DHL my shopping was over 6kg and they sent it in 4 parcells. Which I had to pay for to get them out of customs, which took along time.I sent my order in on the 26'th of March and it was sort out on the 10'th of May.

J'ai commandé 3 boite de crème très importantes pour moi et ma santé j'ai reçu 3 bouteilles de gel douche à la place. Plusieurs mail envoyé et des réponses très vague des promesses non tenu. je ne recommande vraiment pas

The stuff came quickly and was well packed to survive the international shipping. It's great to be able to get a taste of home here in the USA.

Placing the order was relatively easy. The item arrived in secure packaging.

The parcel I sent my daughter in March arrived at Spanish customs and she had to upload several documents and was then sent a tax bill for over €100 for it to be released. I had already paid British Essentials £52.99 just to send teabags, shortbread and chocolate bars so we have not paid and the parcel has been destroyed! We have had no support from British Essentials and there is no warning that this could happen! I have started trying to get my money back via PayPal.

Third time buying from Japan and no real problems from the UK side; but why the hell do they hold onto things in Japan for around 5-7 days? Lord only knows. Maybe they are interested in buying British chocolates. But I must stop buying Mr Kipling - they just get crushed in the course of travelling abroad. But that is my fault ordering something fragile for a long distance delivery.
