I ordered 2 boxes of crackers and 4 loafs of bread. Even though I was charged for the loaves of bread and they were never delivered, I reached out to British essentials and they were able to issue a refund.

Well since this is the only company that carried that particular item and sells online- I cannot complain. It did take a while to arrive but I expected that. I have not yet tried it although I am sure it is what I need for a recipe. Thank you for stocking it. I will, no doubt, come again to shop when the need arises.

Very poor customer care, I am still waiting for a response from THE TEAM. Placed an order on the 20th of May, it is now the 14th of June and I have no delivery of goods or a refund of my money. Absolute joke of a company that cannot even be bothered to answer my emails.

I found the family's favourite tea for a decent price, which wasn't the case in Sweden... Perfect customer service and fast shipping.
