British Essentials carries some of my husband’s favourite foods he misses; it was so fun to make him a cheese and pickle sandwich as a surprise, and I know I’ll be ordering again.

I placed an order with them based on the two day shipping they advertised. First, they did not even pack and ship the order until five days after it was placed. Then, when it was finally shipped, it took another seven days to arrive! This was after they charged me $35 for two day shipping! After requesting a refund for the shipping charge they will not even respond to my emails! Needless to say, I will never return to this site again.

Items arrived smashed and unusable. I asked the DHL guy to take a photo of the package as it was so battered despite the fragile sticker. I appreciate this is perhaps not British Essentials fault- other than potentially not well packed. The package was so damaged, with sauce leaked everywhere I couldn't fully see the packaging. I wrote to British essentials, including photos as soon as the package arrived on the 11th and have heard nothing. These were items I needed for Christmas dinner. Their lack of response makes me suggest don't use this company. Update December 30th - still no response from company after 4 emails. $80 wasted. Do NOT use this company.

Great overseas shipping, large selection.

I’ve used this product twice . Although it unblocks my nose immediately I also lost sense of smell and taste immediately after use, AVOID!
