UPDATE--18 FEBRUARY Final update from me. I've raised my review to 2 stars from one because this issue was finally resolved without my having to involve my credit card company. I received just over half of my order. One item was damaged in transit. I was fully reimbursed for the damaged item and the items that did not arrive. I've used this company before, and it was great. So, I've learned that when things go wrong with this company, they go REALLY wrong and take ages to resolve (nearly 3 months in my case). It also takes persistence. I sent over a dozen e-mails over the course of this saga. UPDATE--17 JANUARY A couple of weeks after I posted my original review, I received a reply from customer services. They asked me to pay the customs charges, which they would then reimburse. We had already rejected delivery of the parcels, so that wasn't an option. They then said that they would re-send our order with expedited delivery. That was three weeks ago. So far, I've received less than half of it and have no indication that the remainder has been sent. I have now sent three e-mails chasing this up, with no reply. I will now be pursuing a refund through my credit card company, as this is just absurd. ORIGINAL REVIEW Despite the website promising no additional customs fees for shipments to France, I have received a total of EUR100 in customs bills for an order of EUR450. I’ve sent a few e-mails to customer service and have had no reply. And I can’t seem to find a phone number to chase this up by phone.

I was very impressed. Quick delivery to France. Reasonable price paid. Given excellent quality . I recommend highly.

placed and order for 11 items valued at 131.94€ but only recieved 2 items valued at 18.28€ seem to have stopped responding to emails

Absolutely horrible. I ordered multiple items from them. For 2 of them, they sent the wrong flavor and another item (the most expensive on the order) was missing. They wrote on the packaging label that they will refund. It's over a month now - I've followed up 3 times with no reply and no refund. Needless to say, I will never be ordering from them again. Updating 12/1 - still no response. I followed up for the 4th time. Based on the other reviews, it looks like I'm not getting a refund. But want to ensure other shoppers read this and take this as a cautionary tale. I spent over $200 on products and they could give 2 hoots on getting back to customers.

Easy to order and no problems with receiving.
