Packing was terrible everything in a box 4 times the size and not packing so box and some goods badly damaged. No response from the company to my complaint. DO NOT USE THEM

Order exactly correct, in excellent condition and faster delivery than expected. So pleased to be able to get lamb oxo as lamb is not popular in Michigan, USA. Will be ordering from this company again. Thank you.

Order and payment made 11.03.23. Only half the order finally arrived this week, in a damaged condition. Still no sign of second parcel. No response to my requests for further information from customer services at British Essentials. I do not recommend ordering from this website.

ordered on line and everything was delivered would have given 5 * but it took over 10 days for it to arrive
