I love how quickly you provide deliveries and how it's packaged. I would say, that in Texas, I have to be careful when I can order a package, the very first package I ordered in July and some of the contents had melted.

Before moving to a rural location, I used to pick up all my favorite British groceries in a local shop. The shop would not ship to my new home, since it was over 1,000 miles away and they couldn’t guarantee freshness or breakage. Then I found British Essentials and decided to give it a try. Everything was packed carefully and arrived in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier. When I had a question about my order, I received an immediate response which fully answered my question. It has been so nice to have my favorites back in the kitchen and British Essentials has found themselves a new regular customer.
