My order shipped from Europe quickly and even the crisps were not crushed. Great job, I'll be ordering more items that are featured on Inside The Factory. That is a great show that introduces us Yankees to British favorites that we can order.

My package was supposedly shipped on Feb. 1. Customer Service assured me after I emailed them, on two occasions, that my order was on its way. Tracking indicated an attempted delivery this morning at 6:10 am. I was home. Now I don't know what is going to happen with my package. I finally requested a refund this morning, but am not expecting much at this point.

Was great to try items my daughter and I watched on tv that were unable to find locally.

Placed an order 7 days previously. Order still showed being processed, even though website states 2-3 days for despatch. Sent emails to cancel order as it was taking too long - to which there was no response. Phoned to cancel the order and miraculously it had been dispatched that morning and I could no longer cancel. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

the 'Well and Truly' snack products sold by British Essentials are grossly overpriced, They are asking/charging £4.15 per 100g bag when the majority of other sites are asking only £2.00 per same size bag. What a rip off...in such hard times as well. I've just purchased 5 different flavours, each in a handy 30g bag (normal size) each in a 10 pack box, so that's 50 bags for £49 from the Well & Truly web site, even they only charge £2.00 per 100g bag
