Meine erste Bestellung hier-total enttäuscht! Der Liefertermin überschritten,auch jetzt noch nicht versand, vom Kundendienst,unklare Antwort auf konkrete Frage. Hatte einen neuen Liefertermin-hat auch nichts gebracht,noch immer nicht versandt. Ja, wir haben Corona! Aber dann muss man auch die Lieferung Daten angepassen! Die Kunden vorher informieren,das tun schon einige Onlineshops! Es ist sehr unangenehm,wenn ich meiner Bestellung hinterher laufe, trotz rechtzeitiger Bestellung und mich dabei schuldig fühle,wie ein ungeduldiges kind.........und dann kommt die Lieferung doch nicht, auch keine weitere Information , nichts....

I ordered a couple of times from this place. Honestly, I'm very happy that I did! Here I’m going to share some experience. Looking for some rare items I bought BEAUFORT LONDON FRAGRANCES and RANIA J. - T. HABANERO 100ml. Wouldn’t like to comment the price level as everybody is unrestricted to select whatever. Generally speaking, I can say that the prices are really affordable. The delivery took 9 & 10 business days respectively while well-known pandemic restrictions. Hence it was dispatched from the shop the day after ordering. Unfortunately, they mistakenly have sent Rania J. 50 ml bottle instead of the ordered 100 ml. The mistake was accepted immediately (human errors happen). Three options have been offered to deal with this unfortunate issue: all were very acceptable and even attractive. I selected the one which finalized with the delivery of one extra free of charge 50 ml bottle of Rania J. fragrance. Small queries on addressee’s details were settled in very effective and the fastest way by their phone call. As normal I could track the progress of the delivery until parcels arrived. Packaged well. All correspondence was in professional manner. They also arranged free samples (1.5 dozen of new fragrances, totally about 60 ml) which is awesome. They have live chat which makes things easy if you need to get in contact and they reply back quickly. Thus, their items are great, prices are affordable and Oh, customer service is great too, very professional, amazing service. Highly recommend it.

It was my first time purchasing from this website and the service was great! Item was despatched the day after ordering, could track the progress of the package until it arrived. Delivered to me within 6 working days after placing the order (including the day I placed the order). Packaged well and I’m very happy with my purchase. I have make an order at Essenza Nobile shop last month. So far their products are Genuine and legit. This shop is online shop but their offline shop is Kurfursten Perfumerie which is located in Mannheim Germany. Kurfursten Perfumerie is one of authorized reseller of Parfum de Marly in Germany. So back to my order story, make sure that you don't choose to buy the product which is Out of stock (with labelled "8-10days for shipping") Because they will not restock all products which out of stock. Make sure you only order product which is Available then they can deliver you fast. But if you still place an order of out of stock product, you will never know when they will restock and send to you. Also DHL Germany doesn't accept Perfume shipping international. I had this trouble last time so make sure you have a family who lives within Germany. So far their service is very good and friendly. Only about the stock of products make sure you place an order with "Available" mark.

I love this shop. I have ordered from them twice. Was a bit worried ordering from this German site as I am in England and had never heard of them but they are great and all items have arrived. Their sample service is really useful - you can pay for small samples of many niche fragrances. I also ordered a full size fragrance. You pay 12.90 euros for delivery to UK but all items came in about 5 days, well packaged and as described. You can sample and buy many fragrances here that are hard to get elsewhere. There is an English version of the site as well.
