As a novice, it was really important to know that I was ordering the right replacement. These things are always a bit hit and miss usually but not in this case. The site was easy to navigate and once ordered I was kept informed throughout. The screen was delivered when stated and the whole process was very easy.

Well, didn’t manage to get the screen I needed but it wasn’t for want of trying. Nick was the contact I dealt with and he was absolutely brilliant….communication, advice and trouble shooting tips were excellent at all times. And, when he eventually advised that there was no more he could do to help me, he and his colleague Suzanne facilitated the necessary refunds etc promptly. Okay, I couldn’t get what I needed this time around, but I would have no hesitation in using them for any future spares I might need. Their customer service was exemplary and there are plenty of other companies who would do well to learn from Laptop Lcd-screen. Well done again, especially Nick and Suzanne.

Ordered replacement screen for Acer laptop just before Christmas. Dispatched 26-December and tracked via DHL. Fast delivery to Cork, Ireland but then some delay waiting for customs clearance and had to pay VAT. Screen was very well packaged and correct for my laptop. Very good service - thanks!.

I can't credit this company enough, I emailed them directly after noticing a possible missing / mismatch on screens for my MSI laptop. Nick replied to my email super quickly (In the evening too!) and directed me to the screen i required. Turned out my laptop screen was indeed different to what they previously had seen, so I sent Nick photos, and he sent out another screen without hessitation. Super stoaked as I'm not up and running. I've returned the first LCD (which was super easy!) I'll be using Laptop-LCD-Screen again for sure! Thanks! Dan.

Was really concerned that it might not work, but after carefully checking serial numbers etc, I ordered and it worked great! Surprisingly easy to replace a laptop screen yourself. Saved me a bundle. Would definitely recommend.

fast delivery and great prices

Ordering and delivery was really easy and very good. Installation was straightforward but did notice the physical screetsize was a couple of mm smaller than the original. Also one pixel dead on top right hand side but ok once you get used to it. You need to have 3 dead before anything gets changed. All in all, for the price a decent but.
