Found the exact reference screen that I required after removing the broken one on the advice on the website. Easy after that. Great videos on site on how to go about changing the screen. Delivery and packaging was fine. Minor problem with screen; there is a faulty 'pixel' which shows up brightly on a dark screen, but because of the age of the laptop, it wasn't worth the hassle to get it changed. I shouldn't have stood on the laptop in the first place!

My laptop screen broke and with the help of a YouTube tutorial and next day delivery from laptop-lcd-screen I was able to get it fixed pronto!

Order No 20078253. I live in Ireland. Ordered a laptop screen with them on 21st Nov. It's 12th December now. No delivery. Its 21 days. Their website promises maximum 4-14 days delivery. The tracking number is from Germany DHL. Why on earth does it have to travel through UK???? Worst thing is their website offers ABSOLUTELY no customer contact. No email, no telephone number, no chat facility. Nothing. I begin to believe it is a scam. They took the money and are absolutely incommunicado. I cannot contact them, speak with anyone and I received no information on the progress of the order. Money paid, the firm has gone mute.
