The worst customer service experience I can remember

Earlier this week, I ordered some Lego directly from Lego.com in the UK. My order went straight through, I received confirmation and the payment was deducted from my account. About half an hour later, I received an email saying that due to poor delivery experience in the Channel Islands, my order had been cancelled because 'We concluded that we would rather provide no service at all, than a poor one that would tarnish the reputation of the LEGO Brand and the LEGO Company.' It took 3 days for part of the payment to be credited to my PayPal account. First of all, if the retailer (particularly one the size of Lego) does not deliver to a certain location, they should not accept orders in the first place. Second, if an order is cancelled, any debited funds should be reaccredited instantly/not debited at all until an order is fulfilled. I felt like I had been scammed and would never use this website to order Lego products again. In this case, Lego have tarnished their own reputation and lost a customer.

1 Stern für den deutschen Support und die Bereitstellung von Ersatz- und Einzelteilen. Ansonsten ist Lego mittlerweile eine Vollkatastrophe, viiiiiiiiieeeeeeel zu teuer, Designs unterirdisch. Nur noch wohlwollende Omis, Vollkorn-Sörens und Asoziale roppen die Lego-Kartons zu den aktuellen Preisen aus den Regalen. Wer sich ernsthaft ein wenig für seine Kinder interessiert und sie kognitiv fördern möchte, nimmt die Alternativen, die es Dank ausgelaufener Patente mittlerweile zu Hauf mit tollen Modellen gibt, witzigerweise in sehr viel besserer Farb- und Materialqualität als bei Lego.

Had birthday delivery

Had birthday delivery of a rather expensive item. The delivery box was damaged and when opened the Lego box was also damaged. This was obviously delivery damage, so not in Lego's control. Contact customer services and the help i got was noting shot of stellar. There was no arguments, ok lets get this replaced, the item was outof stock but on back order, so this was placed. As this was a birthday present, CS agent asked who it was for and age, then asked for likes. She then came back with a complementary free set that if i was happy with she would get sent out right away, as an apology form the issue. Then sent a returns label to get the old unit back FOC. Asked me to check account and i could see the return, the new order and the additional gift. No dramas, no issues, just sorted. This is how customer service should be. First class Lego.

Nagyon korrektek, mert egyből segítenek megoldani a problémát, a pótalkatrészek rendelése és a sima lego darabok rendelése is hamar megérkezik. Én csak ajánlani tudom őket.

I am writing this review to share my recent, very disappointing experience with Lego. After my package was lost during delivery, I went above and beyond to assist Lego in resolving this issue. I obtained camera footage from the building owner and uploaded it to YouTube for Lego's access. This footage, along with a photo of my door, which did not match the one in UPS's delivery confirmation, clearly showed that the package was not delivered to my address. Despite my efforts to provide substantial proof, Lego's response was deeply unsatisfactory. They informed me that they couldn't do anything to locate my package or even initiate an investigation with UPS. This response is not only frustrating but also contradicts the advice I received from the office of consumer protection. According to them, the seller (in this case, Lego) is responsible for ensuring the correct receipt of the package by the customer, regardless of whether they handle delivery directly or through a third-party service like UPS. Following the consumer protection agency's advice, I disputed the transaction with my bank. The evidence I provided clearly indicates that the loss was not due to theft. I've also filed a complaint against Lego with the consumer protection office. Furthermore, when I contacted UPS myself, I was informed that only the seller can initiate an investigation into the matter. The consumer protection office has urged Lego to review the camera footage and make an informed decision, warning that my complaint includes not only a refund request for the lost package but also demands for compensation for damages and interest. They also advised Lego to urgently start an investigation with UPS. I am deeply disappointed with Lego's handling of this situation and their lack of accountability. Future customers should be aware of the potential risks and lack of support when shopping with Lego. Thank you for reading, and I hope my experience can help others make more informed decisions.

Jeg bestilte et fysisk gavekort d. 5. dec. 2023. Jeg modtog det d. 19. dec. 2023 og sendte det til København med Post Nord samme dag. Dags dato er brevet stadig ikke modtaget. En venlig medarbejder fra Lego vil annullere gavekortet og sende pengene retur til min konto.

Lego, risparmiare sulle spedizioni non ti porterà giovamento

Mi dispiace ma devo lasciare una recensione negativa a un'azienda di cui avevo stima. Lego non può pensare di offrire un servizio di qualità ai propri clienti affidando le proprie spedizioni a Bartolini. Per quanto immagino che questa scelta sia per Lego conveniente in termini economici, il danno d'immagine si riversa anche su Lego stessa. A mio parere, una delusione e un vero peccato.

Adoro acquistare dallo store della Lego, adoro i loro prodotti. Ma avrei alcune annotazioni da dover fare: 1 sarebbe carino aggiungere un code tracking per i propri ordini (anche se si fa un ordine senza account); 2 ottenere anche un assistenza digitale online e non solo telefonica (qualora ci fosse e funzionasse adeguatamente); 3 il materiale è ottimo! Ma molto molto caro, sarebbe carino attuare dei prodotti che possano essere convenienti per tutte le persone. Tutto qui! Per il resto, esperienza ottima!
