I bought a very expensive set 'Jazz…

I bought a very expensive set 'Jazz Club' as a present. The transaction went through and then I got another email saying that the transaction was not accepted and was cancelled. This is after going through a two-step authentication with my credit card provider. I then contacted lego to say I still want the transaction to go through and there has been a mistake - the transaction is genuine and not a fraud. A little while later I get an email saying that they will no longer accept orders from my account and I am effectively banned from their website! I can hardly believe it. I bought a very large builder set (over £200) in mid-2022 as a gift for the same person. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Jeg har mistet all tillit til Lego.com som seriøs aktør. Har ved flere anledninger opplevd at sendinger forsvinner i postgang siden Lego.com benytter seg av Post Nord som speditør og Post Nord ikke følger egne prosedyrer rundt utlevering av sending. Problematikken er tatt opp både med Lego og Post Nord. Siste sending er nok en gang tapt. Lego.com nekter erstatningsansvar selv om Post Nord som speditør innrømmer å ha feilet og bekrefter at de har levert sending utenfor bolig UTEN å få kvittert for leveranse (noe de er pålagt og skulle inhentet) Post Nord tar ikke ansvar, deres policy er at tapt sending da skal meldes videre til avsender (Lego.com) Lego lar svikt hos speditør ramme meg som kunde uten å erkjenne et selvstendig ansvar som selger. Med andre ord, jeg som kunde står igjen med det økonomiske tapet. Jeg har følgelig null tillit til Lego.com og vil fraråde alle å handle hos Lego.com inntil de faktisk tar selvstendig ansvar og opptrer som en ryddig og seriøs nettforhandler.

Preordered item not received yet (17 days after the exit date and 36 days after the order)

I've pre-ordered an item 36 days ago (11 APRIL 2023), when the exit date for the item was the 1 MAY 2023 and today 17MAY 2023 I have not received yet the item ordered, plus neither the shipment has been made. Pre-ordering an item to me, means that I should have received it few days after the exit date, but it seems it was not the case for Lego. I've even tried to contacted the customer service via chat 5 days ago (12 MAY 2023), and they told me that my order was going to be shipped soon and that it was put in the top of the queue (it should have already been as the order was done one month before), but it is not the case yet. I've ordered this item in advance because it was a gift and I wanted it to receive it shortly after the exit day, but it seems 36 days are not enough to prepare the shipment. I have no other choice than to leave a negative feedback.

Teuer, Unzuverlässig, guter Service

Bestellt, obwohl Lego.com die doppelten Preise hat, wegen den May the 4 Prämien. Bestellbestätigung bekommen mit den Prämien. Versand hat den über 1 Woche gedauert. Dann musste ich feststellen das Sie die angegebene Prämie nicht mitgeschickt haben. Der Kundenservice verweist nur auf irgendwas in den AGBs, so das ich einfach alles zurückgeschickt habe. Spart euch die Zeit und kauft es im Laden (bei Prämien) oder bei einem der anderen Online Händlern zum 1/2 Preis. Nachtrag: Kundenservice hat ohne weitere Aufforderung 3 Monate später die Prämien mir zu gesendet.

We order from lego a lot and normally everything goes well, however sometimes things can go wrong and we had a problem with a failed delivery. Lego sent us a replacement without hassle. I've spoken to them another time to cancel an item and they were easy to talk to and quick to resolve.

You can always count on Lego to take…

You can always count on Lego to take the slowest method when sending you the product. Frist wait a couple days "in the warehouse" then have a label made, wait a couple more days before the shipper actually gets the product, then wait a week to 10 days for it to actually get it delivered. You can drive to the Lego store in the next state and get your build quicker.

lego es genial

Los bloques de construcción Lego son sencillamente geniales. Con ellos puedes dar rienda suelta a tu imaginación. La serie modular también es estupenda. El set "Assembly Square" (10255) es muy detallado y ofrece mucha diversión de construcción.

Hele slechte ervaring

Hele slechte ervaring, vooral telefonisch en via de mail onduidelijk en slechte afspraken. Ze beloven terugbetalingen en verdwijnen vervolgens van de radar. Betalen niet terug en hebben slechte communicatie. Ik moet nu een advocaat inschakelen om me geld terug te halen...stuur geen retour!!!! En vertrouw de heren en dames bij de klantenservice niet, telefonisch gesproken met ene Joris...wat een clown zeg. Hij mag ontslagen worden voor mijn doen. Ze zeggen dat ze mijn pakket in goede orde hebben ontvangen en schrijven vervolgens een mail dat ze me niet terug willen betalen.

Im Legoset 42128 fehlen insgesamt 3 Stifte a. 3 cm Länge. Habe schon mit Lego Kontakt aufgenommen aber bis jetzt noch nichts gehört. Bin mal gespannt wie es weitergeht.

Produkte zu teuer und der Liefertermin wird nicht eingehalten

Produkte zu teuer und der Liefertermin von maximal 4 Tagen wird auch nicht eingehalten. Ich warte seit 6 Tagen auf meine Bestellung und habe bis heute weder Versandbestätigung noch sonst was bekommen. Ich empfehle die Produkte von Lego wo Anders zu kaufen und nicht bei Lego direkt dann ist’s weningstens günstiger in den meisten fällen. Und der Versand ist auch pünktlich
