Terrible returns process

Needed to return a set due to my partner also ordering the same set without me knowing . I checked the DPD tracked return and it said it had been delivered back to lego 10 days ago , however the lego site stated it was still waiting for the return to arrive , when i questioned this with the Lego customer service they tell me it will be 4 to 6 weeks before it is processed and nothing will update untill then. How can it take this long just for someone to scan the returns label to confirm its arrived or is it a scam to keep my £250 for as long as possible or hope I forget to chase in 6 weeks and never get it

Pathetic customer service

I ordered online on the 14 December and two weeks later it still hasn't arrived. It explicitly said the order would arrive before Christmas. I've started tracking it and it's someplace in Belgium. The customer service numbers for Ireland don't work and live chat is with a robot. Lego customer service is pathetic. I won't be ordering ever again.

Satisfaction guaranteed

I had a major "delivery" issue from DPD of my Xmas lego, it arrived soaking wet, box ripped open and missing items, DPD said nothing to do with us we only deliver the ****. I called lego in a furious rage and spoke with a customer service representative who took full control of the horrendous situation, calmed me down and ordered the replacement items, PS this was 5 days before Xmas, so clearly I was sceptical when they quoted "guaranteed pre Xmas delivery" I checked online the next day and the items were out of stock in the UK so they were coming from Brussels, needless to say my heart sunk, the next day (2 days before Xmas) I was contacted by DHL to say they had my item and it was on route for delivery that day, it arrived late PM in perfect condition. Lego customer service team are by far the best I've ever dealt with and recommend the Lego company / family as one of the best in the business.

My Christmas present never arrived.

My Christmas present never arrived. Second let down in a row. Last one was a destroyed lego VIP coin that I was unable to replace.

Zu spät, beschädigt oder gar nicht

Meine Bestellungen kommen entweder beschädigt, unvollständig oder mit falschen Produkten an. Meine letzte Bestellung wurde vor 12 Tagen getätigt und wurde noch nicht mal versendet, obwohl alles laut Website lieferbar ist.

Pessimo servizio spedizioni

Non garantire la consegna per Natale, come dicono di fare, è gravissimo. Soprattutto quando si tratta di bambini. Ordine effettuato il 12 dicembre, al 24 ancora nessuna traccia. Sconsiglio di acquistare sul sito,il tracking code fornito è assolutamente inutile. Corriere bdp impossibile da contattare. Pessimo servizio.

Legoless Xmas

Like other customers I ordered in time for Xmas but it stayed in the warehouse for 16 days and now won’t get here in time. Rather than warning customers on the website that there would be huge delays, they opportunise on the Xmas web traffic to encourage people to make an account so they can market more easily. I actually got emails promising my order would arrive in time but it didn’t. They are totally unprofessional, cynical and manage to sap the joy out of something so cool.

Very satisified with customer service

Multiple customer service queries have been dealt with quickly and positively by numerous customer service reps over the past few months. I have never had an issue in cancelling or returning any items and when faults have occurred or bricks missed from items these have been rectified very quickly. Overall very satisfied with this company.

Tutto Perfetto

Vedendo i commenti negativi, ho avuto il cuore in gola tutto il tempo. Temevo non mi arrivasse il pacco in tempo o che non arrivasse proprio. Invece ho ordinato il pacco il 19 dicembre e oggi 22 dicembre l’ho ricevuto. Non ho ricevuto l’omaggio ma poco mi importa, forse arriverà questi giorni.. ma è davvero irrilevante Inoltre vorrei aggiungere che era impacchettato benissimo senza nessuna bozza insomma Ora non so se sia stata fortunata io, però 5 stelle. Solo perché è arrivato, come diceva il sito, prima di Natale. Grazie ❤️
