I ordered the part (pair of torsion springs) first thing in the morning on June 28. The part was not shipped till July 6. Every time I called to check on the order they said they had to check but would email me the status of the order. They did not call or email. It was a standard part. Very poor service. Had I known it was going to take that long I would have just gone to a local door company. I thought on-line shopping was suppose to be fast and easy?

The garage door weather strip came quickly with no problems. However, the material was difficult to work with, and I would have appreciated some directions and suggestions on how to install it. By the same token, a better explanation on the website would have been helpful in making a decision about buying.

The spring arrived on time and as described, but did not contain any directions on installation!

Product easy to find, checkout process flawless and delivery was right on time. Wish the rest of my online purchases went as well.

I thought my package was lost or stolen...contacted the company and they responded immediately and offered to help....package arrived next day but I appreciated their efforts

The original came out very quickly. I cleaned the tracks with a wire brush and used a toothbrush to coat the tracks with liquid soap. Installation was very difficult and with the help of another person it still took over an hour to feed and pull the new one on. It was a few inches at a time on a 16 foot door. Not a fun experience. I only saw one size on the product information when I ordered. Perhaps I missed something.
