Had to resort to a paypal claim to get refund on item that was not even shipped. I order a cheap part and their web site changed the shipping to overnight, way expensive. When I saw the invoice posted to my email I called them the next morning and was told they would take care of of it. I reordered the part and this time it complete with a regular shipping. I the interim I got a email response from them telling me it was my fault I selected overnight. I never did and they never shipped overnight anyway. Again it took an paypal claim to get it right. Never again.

The items ordered worked perfectly. Replacement of the torsion spring in overhead doors is a dangerous operation. With adequate warnings and excellent safety procedures to follow from Moving Up Garage Door Company website, I accomplished the job in about three hours. The only problem that I have is with shipping costs which I think were too much. The torsion cables and spring total shipping weight was about 14 pounds; the cost of the items was $51.95, the shipping cost was $28.98!
