I purchased a bike for my significant other and had some mechanical issues with the motor, the brakes, as well as the overall performance of the bike. After an elongated and altogether unhelpful customer support ticket, i was left with no help, no answers, and even further a really lousy effort on behalf of the company's customer support. What an awful experience. I would never recommend anyone buying anything from this company after how poorly i was treated.

I have very few regrets in life but buying a bike from this company is one of them and will haunt me for remainder of my life. The parts do not fit together properly at all. For a $400 bike, they couldn’t send me the bike rake that fits for the bike? Customer service is nonexistent and the bike took well over 2 weeks to get here and days after being ordered to even be began to be prepared to ship. Go to Walmart and buy a bike… do not waste your time with this company

This bike was easy to put together. Communication from order to delivery was great. I really like the style and how it works. I can only say one negative thing and that is the seat slides down sometimes and I'm not sure how to fix that.

I ordered a cruiser, and without realizing they didn’t come with a quick release clamp. I reached out to the team over the weekend, somewhat disappointed I was needing to use the bolt found at the bottom of the box. Monday afternoon, I had a response. Marry kindly explained that bike does not come with one, and attached a photo of the bolt the clamp that is already on the post is intended to be secured with. Marry is so willing to help, and made the process easy, without also making me feel like I should have already known. The assembly instructions or included tags didn’t clarify that this bike didn’t have a quick release. Considering I haven’t owned a bike since I was a teenager, and I’m glad I decided to go with sixthreezero to start my journey, again. If I had concerns in the future, I imagine the experience to be just as easy as this one.

I bought the tricycle bike for my wife so that she could continue to ride during some health issues. The bike is "pretty" but that is the best I can say about it. The quality of manufacturing is below what I had expected, the assembly was OK but not as clear as it needed to be. The rear brakes do not stop the bike but merely "slow it down" which was unexpected. This bike was not worth the cost, if I was to do it over again, I would look elsewhere.

Great company. Great customer service. Bicycles are well-made, comfortable and stylish and the price is right!

The bikes are ok. My problem is that I tried to reach out to them twice on two separate occasions via FB with a simple issue/question about my seat, and they WILL NOT RESPOND. You can tell they read it, but still nothing - not even a "hello". From my experience, Customer Service is a joke. As I said, the bikes are ok and my kids seem to like them. I do question the long-term quality and I certainly question the overall Customer Service. I would have expected more - even a little effort.

strongly recommend this seat if you are looking for a truely comfortable experience! This seat supports a bigger rear end and will absolutely have you riding your bike more than you ever did!

They sent me a tricycle that someone had previously tried to assemble and damaged where a bolt went in. It also had small scratches in various places, a wheel out of true, and the rear basket was missing pieces. Customer service said I could get touch up paint that closely matches it as they don’t provide any and the color isn't available in the US and they would reimburse me- so my brand new bike would have spots of off color paint. They could send me a new basket but couldn’t offer anything else other than a full return. So I have to dismantle and send back the bike and if I want a new one, buy a new one and again assemble it. The customer service didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience even though I have bought multiple bicycles from them. The customer service I received was horrible and where the bolt was damaged they said I could use touch up paint even though that bolt held the frame together where the rear two wheels meet the front frame (it’s a tricycle remember) even though that could pose a safety issue. I took pictures of all of this and sent them along with the issues I found. It has been an infuriating experience to say the least.
