Sixthreezero is an amazing electric bike company in Costa Mesa California. I bought my bike here and the customer service went above and beyond in resolving any issues I had when I purchased my electric bike. I had definitely recommend this company to anyone who is wanting to buy an electric bike.

I love that there are so many instructive videos on SixThreeZero’s website! Very helpful. It’s a smooth ride with the padded seat. The rear brakes needed adjusting the first few times out, they were either too tight and squeaked when used, or they were too loose and didn’t work. I finally got it adjusted though. This trike has been so much fun and it’s so cute! I have the basket liner and I added a 3” memory foam for my pup, we go everywhere together; she loves the breeze in her face. We get a lot of smiles and everyone loves my “sweet ride!”

My battery stopped working not gradually as you would expect but suddenly when I went over a curb as if something became disconnected. I tried another battery and it worked fine. When I contacted Sixthreezero they wouldn't look at it or repair it, at my expense, or replace it. My bike is a year and a half old, hardly old enough to be rendered useless. I was told to go buy a new battery at $500.00. Obviously I'm very disappointed and will never do business with this company again and recommend you buy from a different company.

My bike arrived in a couple days and was super easy to assemble. The rail trail is just up the road from my house. I have really enjoyed this bike. I run my boxer with the bike and she loves it too!

This bike was delivered in a timely manner and easy to assemble. The color I ordered was cute and the overall appearance was nice. Unfortunately, the bike was heavier than what I would prefer and the seat made my bum sore even after riding it for a while. I decided to give the bike to my 9 year old cousin. This is such a nice bike. First of all it came almost completely assembled so not hard at all to complete the assembly. The frame is so sturdy and the color, (steel blue), is gorgeous! Beautiful paint job and all the parts were in the box. Plus Sixthreezero sent extra nuts and bolts and a tool to assemble...just in case something was missing. My husband will be thrilled. It is a very comfortable riding bike and we will have lots of fun. I had a few questions and emailed the team at Sixthreezero and got immediate responses. Super nice people to deal with. Thank you for all the help.
