I ordered this as my first e-bike and it was fairly easy to assemble with some help from my boyfriend. I love the style and the feel. A fender came slightly bent, but it wasn't a big deal to me. I hope to ride this bike for a long time!

As basic as a missing nut/screw is for my Evryjourney 7 speed, I wanted original parts . I called Cora at customer service, requested a screw for the rack, and within a week, a packet was delivered with multiple sized nuts and washers...no charge...free shipping. That's what makes a great company with a great product! The bikes are incredible. My wife and I are in our 70's and we also just got the stepthru ebike. Can't speak enough about getting on and off, the comfort of sitting up straight and the fun having the power assist and using the throttle.

We ordered three bikes for our girls and they are great! Comfortable ride and perfect fit. Received a damaged part and they were willing to replace it right away! Would definitely recommend!

Great so far! I wanted something that I could easily maneuver and get in some exercise outside! | love the smooth ride. If I had a critique it would be how hard it is to get the seat put together with the bike appropriately. It was easy enough to put together on my own until I got to that part. It took a while to get the hang of it. I was worried about stripping or tightening too tight or not enough and the seat sliding down or around!

Loved the bike! Unfortunately, mine was delivered bent/scratched up and after emailing, sending photos and following up for several months - no one has been able to assist in replacing the part. The continuous response from Marc has been that the part is not available and he does not have an eta for when it’ll be at the warehouse… it’s been one year!! Never again.

I have used it for more than a year and my phone has never fallen. I recommend this phone holder.

I bought this for burning man and was really happy with it. It drives smoothly & managed to survive some harsh conditions. Also, great value for the price.
