I love the bike! It is a HEAVY bike though so beware 30+#). I reached out to customer service SEVERAL times because I had a part missing and needed some assistance. I assume the 5 month, after purchase contact from the company is why I'm responding AGAIN. I NEVER heard back from them regarding the missing part or the free bell ( I already DID leave a review on Amazon for the free bell). Not happy with the NON COMMUNICATION from sixthreezero but again, the bike is pretty and so far seems a good, solid bicycle.

This company was a breeze. I was able to filter what I was looking for in a bike on their website. Simple add to cart and arrived in a box on my doorstep. No issues.

This bike is easy to assemble- and has GREAT Vintage Style. The only reason that I gave it 4 (and not 5) Stars is because after watching the videos advertising this Vintage Style bike (for some reason) I thought it was U.S. made - and was very disappointed to learn it is manufactured in China.

The money back guarantee helped to make my decision to give this bike a try and glad I did. The seating position of this bike is outstanding and comfortable. Assembly was strightforward. Great bicycle and priced right.

The bike arrived more assembled than I have experienced in the past with shipped-in-a-box bikes. That said, there were some documentation errors (wrong wrench size call-outs, out-of-date description of front reflector mount) but anyone handy enough to "assemble" a bike should have no difficulties. One of the three nuts that secure the seat to its mount dropped off within the first month. The bad news - customer service had no idea of the replacement nut required (they don't maintain a parts list at that level of detail). The good news - customer service sent an entire replacement seat quickly at no charge - much appreciated (and I did re-torque each nut to be safe). Having long legs, the supplied seat post was too short for me and it would be great if a standard extended seat post was available as an option *from* SixThreeZero. But armed with the proper seat post diameter, it was simple to buy a 400 x 25.4 mm seat post online and swap posts. Riding the bike for 2 months now - I'm a very happy camper. Just what I wanted, it's solid without being a tank - would heartily recommend this as a men's single-speed cruiser.

Love the bike, instructions could be better. Customer support needs improvement as well. It was very hard to reach anyone. Fender kit came missing a spacer with bolts that were too small and would not work. Support required several pictures to prove (whos going to lie for a few extra bolts). Was sent the exact same thing with no spacer. Ended up having to purchase the correct hardware from my local hardware store. Also if the bike only comes in black and has black hardware why only do silver with the fenders? It looks cheap

The frame on my trike broke. I asked 630 to give me a new one. Emil very promptly and efficiently agreed, sent the new frame, and then reimbursed me promptly for the assembly onto the new frame. Emil did not quibble or try to accuse me of causing the break. He/they really stand behind their product. Good job
