I have attempted several times to contact customer service. In their returns policy it says to email them to request a return. I have done this and no response, followed up several times via email and phone but still nothing. I have also called within their phone line hours multiple times and no one has ever picked up so have left a few voicemails. I require a return ASAP - Hoping this review will finally get me a response from The Watch Corp!

The watch was good value and my son loves it. There was a hiccup when the delivery service threw the package over my 8' back gate in a cardboard box in the pouring rain, ruining the box. Customer services then gave excellent service in addressing the problem and offering compensation. I am waiting on their response after they persue the issue with the deliverers, Royal Mail.

A superb service from Fred, I ordered a Hugo Boss watch and had some teething problems with it. Fred remembered me from an initial call, was super patient, polite and talked me through how to reset the watch and test the functions along with me. Fantastic customer service, I cannot recommend highly enough.
