Excellent service watch was lovely

Ordered a watch for my sons Christmas and within 15 minutes of it being on it was showing signs of condensation. Was told by Sarah in customer service that it must have been down to water damage (Now my son did nothing water related on Boxing Day) and therefore offered no solution. When I told Sarah the poor customer service would be reflected in my review I got the following response: “Guess I got to buckle up. I got some popcorn ready in preparation :) Kind Regards, Sarah - Customer Services” Avoid this company!!

Having been badly let down by another watch web-site, I ordered the same watch from The Watch Corp on 20 December hoping but not really expecting that it would arrive before Christmas. It arrived 2 days later as promised. I was worried that it wasn’t working as I didn’t realise the chronograph hand wasn’t a second hand and got a detailed and clear reply to my query within just a few hours. Excellent customer service and just before Christmas too.

I ordered this item on 11 Dec…it is now 28 Dec and I still haven’t received this item. The delivery time on this item is terrible. Do not recommend ordering if you’re trying to meet a deadline within a month.
