Very bad customer service,still waiting for response to my emails regarding refund.Never ordering from this site again.Maybe you should spend less time answering reviews,that you cant do anything about rather than changing something before it comes to that.Could do with process improvement.Very disappointed. Thanks for further taking time to respond to above review. You ultimately only responded once this review was published. I will not be paying additional customs given this was already paid. Sounds more like a shake down. Tracking number has also being provided as requested. Now would you not just be better off dealing with it. Issuing my refund and stop highlighting your pathetic incompetent customer service. If you had taken the time to respond to the emails with the same enthusiasm this post would not be warranted. Essentially don't provide a terrible service and try to justify it, and ask the CUSTOMER to pay for it Simply awful.
