I purchased three Purifairs and two had to be replaced after 1 month. Whilst this was dealt with in a very quick manner after providing proof to the company. I cannot comment any further as I have not yet received the replacements. It has been two weeks since I have been advised they have shipped. What I will say is this, in my experience when placing the original order way back in the beginning of April and waiting six weeks for delivery on the first order, I find there delivery time far too long. So I anticipate another six weeks wait for the replacements. About the goods themselves I am not very happy no change at all i n the air. Thank you CR Perth Australia

I have bought a few of these devices now and I had a problem with one of my older devices. Reported it to the support email address and immediately they responded and replaced my device. Very helpful, simple process and very happy client. Very recommended.

I thought they were cordless, but still can take travelling. Like that you can recharge your phone. The light is too bright to leave on at night. I bought 5 one started making a really loud noise I contacted them and they sent a replacement. The others are fine and normal noise level is fine. I feel safer with them I. The house

Three days after receiving Purifair units one of the three started making squealing noise which ceased after short time on most occasions. On contacting support I was asked to send a short video of unit working, which was done. Immediately received email statng new unit was on its way. not received as yet, but was very impressed with the response. Happy with performance of units so far.

Love our PURIFAIR. I have now bought 6 and have them at home and on my workstations and 2 as gifts. I call them my happy machines. I am convinced that they lift peoples positive vibes. The one next to the bed has helped me with a better night sleep too.

The light is too bright to have in your bedroom overnight and the unit is too noisy

I love the purifier!!!

product was only slightly noisy at first but after a couple of weeks noise became louder and louder to the point where we can no longer use it. Very poor , didn't last amonth
