New to oil fired heating. BF Helped to explain the benefits and suggestions of additives to help keep the system clean and efficient. Fuel was delivered on time and the driver was also helpful and polite. Very happy with BF services.

When I first moved into our house with oil tank, wasn’t sure how much fuel we had. I phoned a couple of oil delivery company. One wanted to charge extra for quick delivery, the other was the quicker you wanted oil the more expensive it was. I phoned Broadland fuel, lady that answered was so helpful and understanding, I ordered the oil, they didn’t charge me for quick delivery and the price was the same regardless. I have now used them for 5 years, always quick never had to wait longer then a week. Will not use any other company.

I have come to rely completely on the automatic top-up service. It takes all the worry and hassle out of prurchasing fuel oil
