I have tried placing an order to redeem my VIP credit, but the app and website continue to tell me to check my billing address! My address is correct given you took the money for the VIP membership yesterday so why can I not place my order?? I had to go through several attempts to change my billing address to the same address and I finally had to use PayPal this is not satisfactory

SCAM!!! You think your getting a bargain and trying a different brand what that are actually doing in tiny print is signing you up for a subscription. Its not on and now the cr** that i bought that doesn't fit right has cost me a fortune..... £54.99 a month. AND I WANT A REFUND FOR THE £54.99 managed to cancel my subscription eventually but that was a pain.
