Poor customer service

Customer service is slow and its like talking to a sales person. I don't think the products are worth the price and I am unimpressed with the company as a whole

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!! **they've replied to me stating that they make the VIP membership and price clear; they don't! If they did, they'd have far less 1* reviews!!!** This company is an absolute scam. It advertises 'cheap' sportswear and offers, and once you hand over your card details, it sets up billing for a monthly subscription of around £50! When you contact them, they send you around in circles, and I still haven't received a resolution, refund, or credit for my £50. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Con you into a £55 per month membership

Very sneaky tactics from Fabletics. In tiny small print at bottom of order page where you input card details, it practically whispers you will be entered into a monthly membership package of £55 and you have to contact customer services to pause. So a) they make it difficult for you to know what you’re signing up to and b) they then make it difficult for you to come out of it once you see the transactions in your bank account! Speaking to customer services on web chat is like pulling teeth. I will never be ordering from Fabletics again!

Long story short

Long story short, I had to cancel my VIP cause the app keeps on failing to allow to use my VIP credits. I've done that by phone and the lady who I spoke to, agreed to help me to go through the process of withdrawing my membership and sort it out for using my available credit and process my order. As a result I successfully get myself ot of fabletics membership and the send a email for the cancellation of my order and also they block me out of using my account. So, now I have, no money, no product, and no access to claim via my account. Utterly SCAMERS!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

LOOKS LIKE A RIGHT CON !!!!! Not bought from them thank god. No info about fabric, just rhetoric on site. To get a discount have to become a member - which costs over £50 a month - which costs more than you'd save??? WHY WOULD YOU SIGN UP to MONTHLY PAYMENTS? - how much gym wear does one need?

Problems placing order

I had to try many times and entered 2 different card details and the order just would not go through , I can see on line this looks like it happens a lot !! I refreshed the page quite a few times and tried to get through to on line chat which was very hard and had a queue !! Finally think I managed it but it’s a put off that you cannot place an order without a lot of hassle ! I hope it’s worth it when my clothes arrive ! It has put me off ordering again though
